Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a dynamic organization. This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, Washington
, with on-site presence at their main office.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a short-term, 60-day project. This role will work closely with the HR team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about equity-focused recruitment.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting, sourcing, and screening candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and build candidate pipelines
- Utilize ATS and recruitment platforms to track applicants and manage reporting
- Support DEI-aligned sourcing and hiring practices
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
