LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an HRIS Manager located in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing HR business systems and data. One of the primary responsibilities will be developing technology policies and best practices while taking into consideration workflow and system capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all HRIS administration activities
- Manage data integrity, generate queries and create reports
- Develop and implement technology solutions and establish technology policies and best practices
- Conduct training to create proper and effective use of provided systems and tools.
- Developing solutions that align with HR policies, workflow requirements and preferences and system capabilities.
- Building effective, collaborative working relationships throughout the organization with staff, peers, and senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience with integrated software solutions
- Experience working in UKGpro highly desired
- Experience leading and developing an HR team
- Deep familiarity and experience with all aspects of HR including but not limited to performance management, benefit administration, employee life cycle management
- Experience working with HRIS systems and/or ability to learn new software applications
- Customer centric mentality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high quality of work output
- Ability to take initiative in identifying, investigating and resolving problems
- Highly detailed and organized and ability to manage multiple projects to completion
Benefits Include
- Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
