Our client, a global, diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their US recruiting organization. It is a unique opportunity to join a close‑knit team specializing in the sourcing and recruitment of high‑level sales candidates.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships that align successfully with the organization. You must be located in Seattle, be willing to work in the office, and have recruited for high‑level sales roles and/or GTM for tech companies.

$42-46/hr.

11‑month contract with potential for extension or conversion

M‑F 8am‑5pm PT

• Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Drive candidate generation efforts through innovative sourcing techniques and market research.
• Manage candidate pipelines by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and chemistry.
• Screen, interview, and prepare a high‑quality candidate slate within designated timelines.

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high‑volume or technical environment and for executive‑level positions.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
