Like the rest of Ai2, we are an open, collaborative team that thrives in Ai2's start-up culture. We are a highly collaborative, tight-knit team who work together seamlessly. There is no task that is below anyone on the team (including you!)

Your next challenge will be to operate as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to the organizational leaders of Ai2. In partnership with Ai2 leaders and the Sr. People Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, developing and executing programs that enhance our culture and the employee experience of a talented team pursuing an extraordinary set of scientific and engineering challenges.

You'll share in the ultimate responsibility for creating a great place to work and where our team members thrive in a collaborative and open environment. You will collaborate with specialist teams like legal, finance, communications, program management office, and People Operations specialists to drive decisions and programs that attract, retain, and grow outstanding talent at Ai2.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop Ai2's first Employee Value Proposition consistent with Ai2's culture, employee experience, and philosophy of work; oversee revisions to employee engagement activities and partner with Recruiting on driving consistent, compelling employer branding.
  • Oversee–and proactively address opportunities–in compliance, employment law, policy definition, and employee relations; outline continuous processes for inspection of related mechanisms.
  • Counsel team members at all levels on issues related to areas of responsibility.
  • Identify new areas of responsibility, perform assigned duties, and collaborate on various Operations and People Operations projects as needed.
