Job Description
Recology King County is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in South Seattle. This role involves recruiting front-line skillsets such as drivers, supporting a full-time person, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a thick skin, be comfortable with administrative duties, and preferably be fluent in Spanish to work effectively within our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities- Front Line Recruiting:
Actively recruit drivers and other front-line skillsets to meet the target of 60 drivers by August. - Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding. - Background Checks and Monitoring:
Conduct background checks and monitor compliance. - Technical
Skills:
Utilize Teleo Business Addition, People Trail (First Advantage), and Docusign for recruitment processes. - Collaboration:
Work closely with mechanics and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
