Job Description HR Generalist

Location: Seattle, WA (In Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00/hour

This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, leave of absences, accommodations, investigations, union grievances, employee relations and various tasks including administrative support to the team.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
