• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, status updates, qualifying life event changes, and separations across internal systems and carrier portals.

• Assist with workers' compensation cases by helping employees navigate claims, coordinating with external claims partners, and supporting issue resolution with HR leadership.

• Produce recurring HR and benefits reports, analyze workforce data, and share insights that help leadership make informed decisions.

• Partner with payroll and internal HR team members to verify employee records, benefit deductions, and termination details while correcting discrepancies promptly.

• Investigate and resolve carrier feed and eligibility issues by working with HR system contacts, benefit vendors, and insurance providers.

• Coordinate open enrollment activities, benefits orientations, eligibility communications, and distribution of enrollment materials and required notices.

• Review and reconcile monthly benefit invoices, validate billing accuracy against enrollment records, and prepare documentation needed for payment processing.

• Conduct post-enrollment and ongoing compliance audits, track eligibility measurement periods, and monitor employee data to ensure proper benefit participation and deductions.
