Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager, HR Generalist / Talent Management, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Acts as HR business partner to Sr HR Manager/General Manager(s) of a single unit or multiple units in a geographic area.
CompensationAnnual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $89,500 - $95,000 per year.

- Partner with Sr HR Manager/General Manager to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human‑resource needs; implement HR strategy to support those objectives.
- Support workers’ compensation programs, ensuring compliance and managing employee claims.
- Partner with Operations and other key functions to develop programs that support employee retention.
- Help drive division‑wide HR strategy, programs and processes into units.
- Partner with operations and training functions to identify training needs and provide input on training approaches and content.
- Partner with operations and recruiting functions to understand workforce needs; may be required to actively participate in recruiting union hourly employees and support recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt positions.
- Serve as the primary employee and labor relations manager to mediate and resolve employee disputes and union grievances.
- Provide counseling/training for unit management in labor/employee relations, EEO, affirmative action and discrimination.
- Interpret policy and ensure accurate and consistent application of all company policies, procedures, and applicable local, state, federal laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Receive and respond to employment‑related claims from government or public agencies; recommend settlement or defense based on investigation of facts.
- Complete related HR and organization mission results as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
- 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 2 years in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
- At least 2 years managing HR staff.
- Experience recruiting in transportation, hospitality, manufacturing or food service environments highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills; highly organized, action‑oriented and collaborative.
- Proficiency in all areas of EEO/Title VII compliance, including investigating and formally responding to Title VII charges.
- Strong computer and database application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM preferred.
- Business acumen; effective relationship building; cross‑functional collaboration; negotiation; establishing HR metrics; analysis; time management; prioritizing multiple projects/tasks.
- Multi‑lingual skills highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment law.
