Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical member of Warner Bros Discovery’s Talent Acquisition team. This position provides best-in-class interview and onboarding experience to candidates and delivers operational excellence across India.

Shift Pattern

Shift is 3pm – 11pm to support teams in different time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer through to start date.
  • Support multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, providing an excellent candidate experience for video and onsite interviews, videoconferencing and travel arrangements.
  • Manage all logistics for interviews, including identity checking on video calls where appropriate.
  • Schedule and support assessment centres for high-volume recruitment, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with operational projects and support requests.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR or TA team.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support relationship building across the business.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment during organizational changes.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a timely manner.
