- Flexible/hybrid model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

- Implement and promote HR programs and practices that align with DTCC business strategy, vision and objectives.
- Employee Relations:
Managing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, ensuring a positive workplace culture, and legal compliance. - Performance Management:
Lead performance management and year-end planning including communications, compensation reviews, promotion requests, performance reviews and the development of action plans. Coach leaders to effectively identify and resolve employee relations and performance management issues. - HR Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with assigned business and other areas of HR and other department stakeholders to ensure coordination and consistency. - Change Management:
Assist in organizational change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions. - Employee Engagement:
Foster engagement and satisfaction through HR programs and initiatives; create an inclusive workplace aligned with DTCC values. - People & Organization Development:
Implement organizational development and change initiatives (HR technology, talent management, etc.) and participate in talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, organization design, employee development and learning, onboarding, recruiting and retention. - HR Reporting:
Utilize metrics and reporting regarding HR programs to drive understanding of organizational health. - Separation Management:
Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends and develop recommendations. - Risk Mitigation:
Follow procedures, monitor controls, identify key errors, and demonstrate strong ethical behavior.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Experience building relationships across the HR function globally and across the organization.
- Experience working for a global organization and managing international managers and stakeholders across different countries.
- Ability to understand organization structure, job qualifications, compensation practices and related administrative practices.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines: compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and state employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education/training/experience.
- Six or more years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with experience handling employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
