Our Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role within our Talent Acquisition team by providing seamless support to candidates, recruiters, and clients, helping make dreams happen for both parties.

Fire Fly‑HR is a boutique People Strategy company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Fire Fly Talent Acquisition Team partners with small to medium‑sized companies to develop talent strategies and find top talent that meets each client’s business needs and culture.

• Collaborative – Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders to understand client position requirements, candidate requirements, and cultural expectations.
• Skilled Communicator – Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract top talent.
