Position Summary
Our Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role within our Talent Acquisition team by providing seamless support to candidates, recruiters, and clients, helping make dreams happen for both parties.
Who We AreFire Fly‑HR is a boutique People Strategy company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Fire Fly Talent Acquisition Team partners with small to medium‑sized companies to develop talent strategies and find top talent that meets each client’s business needs and culture.
Responsibilities- Collaborative – Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders to understand client position requirements, candidate requirements, and cultural expectations.
- Skilled Communicator – Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Naturally Curious – Find creative solutions to source candidates from multiple platforms.
- Attention to Detail – Evaluate resumes against job expectations.
- Relationship Builder – Develop pipelines of candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Growth Mindset – Contribute to continuous improvement within the Fire Fly team and develop creative solutions for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Love – Be results‑oriented, focus on candidate quality and overall placement success.
- Ownership – Take responsibility for work and expect teammates to do the same; no micromanagement.
- Energy – Maintain a positive, optimistic outlook; enjoy working with clients and filling roles.

- Full‑time salary with paid PTO.
- Very flexible remote/hybrid schedule.
- BA/BS required; ideal for a recent college graduate starting a career in HR or recruiting.
- Location:
Phoenix, Arizona, or Denver, Colorado area candidates only. - Salary: $45,000.00 per year.
