Role OverviewThis role is an integral partner in managing intern program activities, including onboarding, early career development, and offboarding. The position is instrumental in shaping future engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of early talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an organizational specialist who works effectively with interns, managers, and internal stakeholders, possesses proficient communication skills, and can adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture and accelerate individual development.
- Support insights for regular business reviews, including QBRs and lessons learned documentation.
- Manage email-to-case inbox support.
- Assist with live office hours, workshops, and events.
- Provide support for customer communications.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives.
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones, which may require starting the workday at 7:00 AM local time.
- Perform other projects or tasks as assigned to support team deliverables.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, administration, logistics, HR, or an equivalent field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Technical
Skills:
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with data, including advanced Excel skills such as V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively and meet critical deadlines in a changing environment.
- Experience utilizing the Asana program management platform.
