Responsibilities- Primary contact for all new and existing clients
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients
- Send introductory emails, keep rapport with internal talent, and ensure accurate information from recruiters to place talent in preferred settings
- Research talent within the region based on travel radius and facility restrictions
- Troubleshoot emerging conflicts between facilities and talent; remain impartial and advocate for talent when called upon
- Track talent employment requirements and benefits in a concise, organized manner (e.g., shift guarantees, pay breakdowns, bill requirements, PTO, CE reimbursement, quarterly bonus eligibility)
- Communicate regularly with updates on shift requests and status
- Request new shifts routinely and maintain a spreadsheet of staffing needs for employees, contractors, and recruiters
- Demonstrate a team‑player attitude and willingness to assist with other tasks as needed to achieve team goals
- Motivated, detail‑oriented individual who follows through and completes set goals
- At least 2 years of staffing and scheduling experience (healthcare background preferred; running a full desk preferred)
- Veterinary technician with 2 years of consistent work history and heavy scheduling experience (plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Healthcare Administration
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time‑management skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and emailing
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑starter with a growth‑mindset mentality
- Job type:
Full‑time - Pay: $55,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
- Location:
Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75231 - Schedule:
8‑hour shift - Experience level: 3 years
- Education required:
Associate (preferred) - Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
- Staffing, Sales, and Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
