Human Resource Administrator

Salary: $100k - 115k per year. Reference: SRL 4-22-24

• Oversee HR/Administration function, including onboarding, employee training, coaching, and handling sensitive internal issues.
• Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Partner with operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Present a streamlined technology solution, developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas.
• Ensure the company is compliant with applicable programs and training.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years of HR/Admin, risk, and compliance experience, specifically within 3PL/transportation.
• Experience working for a transportation company is required.
• High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors.
• A multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills.
