Amazon Global Specialty Recruiting is looking for a Research Recruiter to help the business scale by identifying and recruiting top talent for executive level positions. This high visibility role offers the opportunity to drive impact on senior levels across Amazon’s global business lines, focusing on User Experience (UX), Creative Direction, User Research, Design Ops, UX Program Management, Industrial Design, Store Design, Voice Design, UX Prototyping, and other creative specializations.
The Research Recruiter will develop and execute a comprehensive search strategy, conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to engage leading candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive search strategy and execution for senior executive roles in design disciplines.
- Map markets and generate candidate names and profiles.
- Create robust search strategies that attract world‑class leaders.
- Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and conduct initial assessment.
- Build and nurture talent networks and industry sources.
- Participate in client update meetings and prepare reports.
- Shadow on‑site interviews, debriefs, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.
Essential traits for success include inquisitiveness, strong communication skills, self‑assurance, entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional qualitative research abilities.
Basic Qualifications- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership.
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
- Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting passive candidates who are senior experts in their field.
- Experience with executive recruiting in a blue‑chip, global in‑house executive search team, or top executive search firm.
- Experience working with recruiting and people‑related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets.
The base salary range for this position is $80,200.00 – $ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
