Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Principal Labor Relations Consultant – Full time, Day, Onsite. Providence is calling for a Principal LRC who will partner with field HR and the assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration, and strike planning, including serving as a strategic thought partner for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments.

Responsibilities- Partner with field HR and the assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration, and strike planning.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments.
- 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
- Consulting experience.
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
- Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- SPHR, PHR certificate upon hire.

Pay Range: $63.50 - $100.26. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
