Collabera in Seattle, WA is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter I to actively source and pipeline technical and infrastructure talent for Data Center units. This 12-month assignment emphasizes hands-on sourcing with metrics-based expectations: roughly 4 hires per month, plus a high volume of calls and screens, all onsite.
You will work with AI sourcing tools, maintain candidate data in the ATS, and complete a two-week onboarding before building pipelines in Week 2.
