Former Recruiter- Search Coach

Overview

Plum Coaching & HR Consulting has been the premiere provider of job search and career coaching for 14 years. Our coaches are former (and, in some cases, current) recruiters or HR leaders who have a deep understanding of how people are hired. We use that knowledge to serve those going through the challenging job search process.

We are seeking candidates who are former or current recruiters or HR professionals who want to transition to a coaching career, enjoy work‑life balance, and are interested in being part of an upbeat, collaborative community.

• At least 10 years of experience as an HR professional or recruiter.
• Strong coaching acumen and/or certified coach.
• Collaborative, thoughtful, friendly, compassionate.
• Knowledgeable about corporate environments and experienced with reviewing candidate resumes and making hiring decisions.
• Strong writing and editing capability.
• Willingness to develop your own coaching practice or other client work outside of Plum to remain compliant with 1099 regulations.
• Excited about being part of a community of coaches and professionals.

This is a 1099 position. No benefits are provided.
