As a Recruiting Business Partner, you partner with dedicated sourcers to cultivate sourcing channels, build relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. You own talent‑attraction strategies, set benchmarks, and track metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing partner expectations.
- Recruit passive candidates, profile them for fit, and focus on motivation rather than selling a role.
- Negotiate and close complex offers in competitive markets.
- Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that support long‑range growth, implement new processes, and fine‑tune standard practices.
- Write plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.
- Screen, interview, and prepare candidate slates within appropriate interview specifications.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives to improve interview techniques and talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a pipeline of internal and external candidates.
- Drive positive candidate experience by guiding client teams to follow best practices, including compliant descriptions, messaging, and value propositions.
- 3+ years of technical recruiting in high‑volume, high‑bar environments.
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Experience creating, measuring, and scaling recruiting workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
