5 days onsite in South Lake Union (no remote or hybrid)
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm PST (40 hrs/week)
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years' experience managing stakeholders expectations through the recruitment lifecycle
- Experience negotiating and closing offers for full-time employment; experience influencing hiring decisions
- A desire to create a world class candidate and hiring team experience
- Experience supporting hiring for a diverse set of requirements, both high-volume and niche.
- Experience working for an enterprise level technical organization
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
As a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP), you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. The ideal candidate has a depth of experience supporting hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruiting process, maintains a high standard for the candidate and hiring team experience and facilitates the recruiting teams efforts to close open requisitions as quickly and successfully as possible.
