Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting organization as a Recruiting Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute to a top recruiting organization.
Responsibilities- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
- 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
Skills & Qualifications
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
This role requires you to work 100% in office, committing to all 8 hours on-site. You will need to arrange your own parking and transportation.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
