Recruiter - Recruiter II

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The selected individual will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and conducting orientations. This role requires reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. The position may involve leading and directing the work of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates.
• Extend offers of employment and conduct orientation for new employees.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Manage a variety of recruitment-related tasks and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Skills:

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
