Akin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You’ll support payroll, benefits, and leave programs, partnering with HR and Finance to deliver accurate and timely processes that boost employee well-being.
You’ll oversee bi-weekly payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA while supporting open enrollment and employee communications.
