Balaji Hr Services is seeking a recruiter coordinator to source candidates from job portals, call applicants, and align them for interviews in coordination with company HR.
The ideal candidate will have good communication, be soft-spoken, proficient in MS Office, and able to coordinate with candidates and HR. Candidates must have their own laptop and be able to work from 10:00 to 18:30, six days a week. Freshers are welcome to apply.
