We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to perform HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Team and Senior Management.

The HR Manager position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supervising HR personnel, leading HR initiatives and projects, and partnering with leaders to support business objectives and will serve as the primary Human Resources partner for the assigned value segments as well as corporate, providing both strategic guidance and hands‑on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

The HR Manager oversees employee relations, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, workforce analytics, and HR administration while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Essential Functions and

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Personnel Management:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned value segments and corporate, providing strategic guidance and day‑to‑day HR support.
  • Lead and develop assigned HR personnel through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and accountability to build a high‑performing Human Resources function.
  • Partner with executives and managers to resolve complex workforce issues and support organizational objectives.
  • Lead HR projects and process improvements while preparing executive reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee performance management and annual evaluation cycles for assigned value segments, ensuring consistency, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Coach leaders on employee performance, development, documentation, and employment‑related decisions.

HR Operations:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day HR operations for assigned value segment, including offboarding, compensation changes, employee transactions, international processes, leave administration, and policy interpretation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure the integrity of HR systems, including UKG Pro, iCIMS, and SharePoint.
  • Provide timely guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and government contracting employment regulations and company policies.
  • Manage required compliance reporting, audits, policy administration, and employment law guidance while minimizing organizational risk.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for Finance to support compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

Employee Engagement & Workforce Analytics:

  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, survey administration, action planning, and follow‑up.
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support business decisions.

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment of hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.
  • Perform additional Human Resources duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive Human Resources experience across all major HR disciplines.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing Human Resources personnel.
  • Extensive Human Resources experience supporting federal government contractors is required, including employment law, OFCCP, affirmative Action, Service Contract Act (SCA), and related compliance requirements.
