Interdependence is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support our global HR operations across Interdependence and affiliated companies. The HR Coordinator will manage onboarding, employee records, compliance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle coordination worldwide.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of HR experience, deep knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance requirements, and experience supporting global teams.
