As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The role involves utilizing your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with the potential to lead and direct the work of others.
Creativity and latitude are expected in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential new hires.
- Make job offers and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using extensive experience and judgment.
- Possibly lead and direct the work of others in the recruitment process.
Essential Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
- 4+ years of sourcing, specifically in technical roles such as SDE 2's and SDE 3's.
- Experience in talent acquisition, hiring, and sourcing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Technical sourcing experience, particularly in large technology companies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Previous experience in large tech firms is considered ideal.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic and creative environment where a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The role may involve leading and directing the work of others, and you will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
