in Seattle, WA . This position will be a n 11
-month contract role with the potential to extend or convert.

• Develop and execute independent sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify top-tier technical and sales talent.
• Source candidates for Business Operations, Strategy, Solution Architect, Account Manager, and early-career demand generation sales roles.
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing techniques and market research.
• Leverage creative sourcing methods to identify talent in competitive and hard-to-fill markets.
• Engage and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational needs.
• Partner closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and talent needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Provide consistent communication and follow-through throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring demand, market conditions, and stakeholder feedback.

• 5–8 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
• Strong recruiting experience supporting Fortune 100 organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute independent sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Experience sourcing technical talent, including Solution Architects and related technical roles.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals, including Account Managers and demand generation representatives.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate engagement, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Business Operations and Strategy hiring initiatives preferred.
• Experience working within government, public sector, or security-cleared environments preferred.
• Experience recruiting for sales organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership, bias for action, and results-oriented mindset.

• Pay range for this position will be $ 33.66 - $ 38.66 . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
