Key Responsibilities:- Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
- Source candidates using Linked In, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.
Skills & Experience:
- 24 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
- Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
- Experience using Linked In and ATS tools.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing or consulting environments.
- Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.
