For our client, we are seeking a Principal Design Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location:
Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $207,920 – $259,900 annually
Responsibilities- Lead design role sourcing and outreach via diverse channels
- Recruit for senior and executive level Design positions
- Evaluate candidate portfolios and assess collaboration abilities
- Partner with design leaders to establish hiring standards and team composition
- Oversee executive interview processes, ensuring a quality candidate experience
- Advise on recruiting strategy and pipeline health to hiring managers
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate data across systems
- Proven track record with recruiting strategy across broader organizations
- Deep experience in offer negotiations for executive-level candidates
- Ability to mentor recruiters on quality hires
- Strong partner to senior stakeholders, capable of addressing complex hiring challenges
- Experience in defining and evolving interview processes organization-wide
- Data-driven approach to recruiting efficiency with multitasking capabilities
- Background in recruiting for various design roles, fluent in evaluating design portfolios
- Hybrid work environment with a minimum of three office days per week and four weeks of fully remote work
