We are looking for an experienced Freelancer for IT Staffing Client Acquisition and Onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients for IT Staffing and C2H requirements.
- Connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.
- Generate new IT staffing business opportunities.
- Onboard new clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Bring in regular IT staffing/C2H requirements.
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Business Development.
- Strong client network and corporate connections.
- Experience in client acquisition and C2H business.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
Note: This role is only for client acquisition and onboarding. No candidate sourcing or recruitment responsibilities.
