Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator supports a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting organization by partnering closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates. This role manages end-to-end interview logistics, maintains accurate recruiting data, and serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, often providing their first impression of the organization. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, solution-oriented, and eager to broaden their experience within a top-tier talent acquisition environment.
Responsibilities- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems to ensure data accuracy and confirm new hires.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and hiring teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency, and share recommendations with the recruiting team.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the broader talent acquisition function.
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks in a structured, organized manner.
- Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or administrative assistant functions.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shift gears quickly.

This role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced recruiting organization that emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and a strong candidate experience. JobType & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
