Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and create a positive experience for candidates. This role serves as a key partner in managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and building strong candidate relationships, often providing applicants with their first impression of the organization. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and collaboration, and who is looking to broaden their experience in a top-tier recruiting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring teams to coordinate calendars and logistics.
  • Arrange travel for visiting candidates when needed, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to maintain accurate and current information.
  • Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support onboarding-related coordination as required.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency, sharing recommendations with the recruiting team.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with calendaring and scheduling in a professional environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on supporting candidates and internal partners.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite five days per week in a professional office building. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent collaboration with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates. You will regularly use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as calendaring and scheduling systems to manage interviews and recruiting activities. The setting is typical of a corporate recruiting organization, with an emphasis on responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
