About the role
As we continue rapid growth, we are seeking to add an ambitious and driven recruiter to support our aggressive growth targets across North America and Latin America. This role will focus on partnering with all levels across the business to develop innovative and proactive recruiting strategies for our functions within the Marketing, Sales and Post‑Sales organization. You will be an ambassador to the organization and Dynatrace, ensuring an exceptional experience at all touch points of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement timely and results‑driven strategies to meet the assigned hiring plan for Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Post‑Sales.
- Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates and leaders in the North America and Latin America regions.
- Strategically partner with leadership and operate as a trusted advisor to help accomplish hiring goals.
- Run a variety of activities to bring in top talent and consistently improve activity levels based on market demands.
- Provide frequent updates to hiring teams on recruitment status and recommend actions based on candidate pipeline data.
- Partner with employer branding and HR to share the Dynatrace story.
- Leverage market intelligence on industry competition and pay practices to develop competitive employment packages.
- Experience recruiting Marketing, Sales, and Post‑Sales professionals in fast‑paced agency or corporate environments across North America and Latin America.
- Intellectually curious, outgoing, and an effective communicator who builds lasting relationships.
- Ability to recognize a great hire quickly and engage them promptly.
- High level of accountability with a focus on the customer and a passion for winning.
- Demonstrated effective planning, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
- Independent, self‑motivated with creativity in sourcing top talent.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of college coursework and recruitment experience.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the technical and/or software industry for non‑exempt and professional positions.
- Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience, skills, education, and location).
