- Serve as a local culture advocate by promoting employee engagement, celebrating milestones, and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Collaborate with local leadership to implement culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement, experience, and connection
- Foster connection and collaboration in a virtual environment and build community across geographic locations
- Engage with remote colleagues and contribute to an inclusive team culture across locations
- Plan and execute local events, including all-hands and leadership meetings
- Facilitate meetings and support performance review processes and candidate interviews
- Support HR processes, including integrating new employees into the office and conducting culture trainings
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, vendor relationships, office supplies, space planning, and conference rooms
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans, coordinate drills, and liaise with building management on security and safety matters
- Provide administrative and operational support, including budgeting processes and expense approvals
- Report to the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and collaborate with local senior leaders
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or comparable experience
- 4-6 years of work experience in a similar role, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polished professional presence and demonstrated experience working with senior leaders
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Sound prioritization and judgment
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Attention to detail and solid time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to foster connection and engagement
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Based in Seattle and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week, with additional in-office days as needed
- Able to travel to Los Angeles and San Francisco at least once per quarter
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Demonstrates strong capabilities in employee engagement, culture advocacy, and operational support, with a focus on fostering collaboration and connection in diverse environments. Proficient in managing office operations and facilitating HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
