This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants the autonomy to take ownership of HR while helping create a great employee experience.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day HR function, from recruiting and employee relations to benefits, compliance, and engagement, while working closely with leadership to improve processes, support employees, and help the company continue to grow.

  • Own day-to-day HR operations, policies, and compliance.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and terminations.
  • Manage benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims.
  • Help create a positive employee experience through company events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs that support employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
  • Manage HRIS systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.
  • Support employment law and benefits compliance requirements.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and leadership.
  • Oversee general office operations and help keep the workplace running smoothly.
