Benefits Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Benefits Specialist for our client located in South Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a long-term contract, full-time, contract opportunity. This role will be solely focused on benefit administration for our client's employees. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit plans including 401(k) eligibility, investment options, and retirement planning resources while maintaining records, resolving issues, and supporting annual audits and reporting requirements.
Strong attention to detail, knowledge of retirement plan administration, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desired
- Minimum 2-5 years within HR benefits administration
- Proficiency working within HRIS Systems (Workday experience desired (not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in-person
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
