Responsibilities:
About the Team This talent acquisition team manages a streamlined recruitment process for our global Finance, Corporate Services, HR, Internal Audit and Ethics teams with a focus on the AMS region. The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues! As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities:
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions aligned with business priorities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Optimize recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency, build quality candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes. Track and review recruitment outcomes on a regular basis, identify gaps or challenges in the hiring process, and proactively suggest improvements.
Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process. Strong ownership, strong execution, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including common recruitment channels and sourcing approaches. Prior internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field will be a plus.
Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
