Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and personable HR & Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with administrative experience who is interested in building hands‑on Human Resources experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, HR documentation, and office operations.
The HR & Administrative Coordinator will support a growing team in a collaborative, professional environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter. Key Responsibilities- Assist with new hire onboarding, paperwork, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Respond to routine employee questions and route more complex matters to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance, benefits administration, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, internal communications, and general office support needs.
- Help maintain organized, accurate, and efficient HR and administrative processes.
- Pay: $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

- Support day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, employee records, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate recruiting support activities, including postings, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Provide general administrative and office support while helping HR processes stay accurate and on track.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks.
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior exposure to onboarding, recruiting coordination, timekeeping, benefits administration, or employee records is helpful.
- Experience supporting a busy office or growing team is preferred.
