Technical Recruiter

We are seeking Technical Recruiters to support high-volume hiring for Data Center and infrastructure-related roles. This is a sourcing-focused position involving technical candidate identification, engagement, screening, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through recruiting platforms, ATS, AI tools, and networking.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring teams on sourcing needs.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics.
• Work onsite 5 day/week.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience; 3+ preferred.
• Technical sourcing experience.
• Strong Boolean search capabilities.
• Experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting high-volume technical hiring.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
