Derflan is seeking a Recruiter I to support a high-impact consulting engagement within a global technology organization focused on high-volume recruiting for operations, logistics, transportation, and field-based teams.
This is an onsite role based in Seattle, WA
. Candidates must be local or willing to work onsite in Seattle.
Candidates must have full-lifecycle recruiting experience and experience supporting high-volume hiring. Recruiting coordination, scheduling-only, or sourcing-only backgrounds will not meet the requirements for this role.
The ideal candidate has experience owning requisitions from initial intake through hire, managing a high volume of open positions, building candidate pipelines, partnering directly with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines. Experience recruiting within operations, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or other large-scale field environments is strongly preferred.

Annual Base Salary: $70,200 + Full Benefits
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume operations and field-based positions.
- Own assigned requisitions from initial intake and sourcing through candidate selection, offer, and close.
- Develop and execute talent attraction and sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Identify and engage candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, priorities, and timelines.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and recruiting team members.
- Manage, prioritize, and close searches against aggressive hiring timelines.
- Balance a high volume of requisitions while maintaining candidate quality and a strong candidate experience.
- Establish and track recruiting benchmarks, metrics, and service-level expectations.
- Monitor time-to-fill, offer acceptance, staffing levels, aging requisitions, and other recruiting metrics.
- Prioritize hiring needs based on business requirements and customer SLAs.
- Partner with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators to drive candidates efficiently through the recruiting process.
- Serve as the recruiting point of contact for assigned business groups.
- Support candidate generation, assessment, placement, and offer processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall hiring efficiency.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate information.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders.
- Support exit interviews and employee status change processes as needed.
- Foster a collaborative, service-oriented recruiting environment focused on delivering timely and high-quality hiring results.
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting or recruiting research experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
- Full-lifecycle recruiting experience with direct ownership of requisitions.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring, ideally 100+ requisitions or 300+ hires annually
