We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system updates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights
• Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting experience or related talent acquisition experience
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
