Salary $58,240 - $72,800 DOE

Key Responsibilities For The HR Specialist Role- Process and track invoices related to HR, recruiting, and employee programs.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple recruiting platforms and internal systems.
- Coordinate candidate and hiring manager schedules, interviews, and recruiting-related communications.
- Manage new hire and employee paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely processing within HR systems.
- Administer and track annual performance reviews, including follow-up communications, deadlines, and system updates.
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, HR administration, or related experience.
- Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or other HR software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
