Staffing Consultant | Hybrid | Seattle Area

Apple One Employment Services is looking for an experienced Staffing Consultant to join our team.
Previous staffing agency experience is required. We’re looking for someone who understands both sides of the desk: recruiting great candidates and developing strong client relationships.

This is a hybrid position
, but candidates must currently reside in the greater Seattle area
. This role also includes visiting clients throughout the area, so reliable personal transportation is required. Mileage is reimbursed for business travel.

• Recruit, interview and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities
• Build relationships with local businesses and learn what makes their organizations and hiring needs unique
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and relationship-building
• Present qualified candidates and manage the interview and hiring process
• Support temporary associates throughout their assignments and maintain strong client relationships
• Visit clients and prospective clients throughout the greater Seattle area
• Manage multiple searches, candidates and client priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information within our CRM
• Work collaboratively with the team to fill positions quickly while maintaining a high standard of service

• Currently located in the greater Seattle area
• Reliable personal transportation for local client visits
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Client-facing experience and a desire to develop new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations
• Excellent follow-through, organization and attention to detail
• The ability to shift priorities and solve problems without losing momentum
• A sense of urgency, personal accountability and a genuine desire to help people and businesses succeed
