Amazon Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship-PAID

The Amazon Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship is open to students pursuing a master's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field. To be considered for this role, you should possess strong listening, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience in project and program management is preferred. As an intern, you will work on a challenging and high-visibility project on one of the following teams:
Builder Experience Team, Talent and Development, Talent Research, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and Analytics, or one of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior HR leaders, receive mentorship and sponsorship, and build a network of peers, HRLDP alumni, and leaders. This internship is offered in Seattle, WA.
