KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, HR Business Advisor to join our Talent and Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR business advisor to the (Southwest or Northern Pacific) Business Unit partnering with the leaders and HR centers of excellence to deliver strategic, high-quality, innovative and efficient HR support

Coordinate the functional planning and execution of annual HR processes including goal setting, performance assessment, promotion decisions, compensation planning and talent management

Leverage data analytics to provide insights to leaders to identify, diagnose and respond to trends in their business; based on analyses, develop strategic recommendations for talent solutions such as action items because of periodic employee engagement surveys or exit surveys

Collaborate with the People Relations Group to address employee concerns and performance management issues

Stay informed and current on policies and procedures and any related changes

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of recent, broad Human Resource experience; emphasis on HR strategy, process transformation, change management and people management in a professional services environment preferred

Master's or PHR/SPHR certification degree from an accredited college or university in an HR-related field preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration is required, or ten years of equivalent HR work experience

Knowledge of Peoplesoft; highly proficient in Microsoft office applications:
Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access Be high results orientated with a demonstrated ability to oversee practical, solution-driven initiatives and human resource processes that are perceived as quickly adding value to the business

Strong client orientation and the ability to build relationships and credibility within a professional service environment and demonstrated business acumen

Ability to develop clear and concise written communication; excellent people leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills
