Experis is hiring a Recruiter to strengthen Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring from within the Talent Acquisition team. In this 100% onsite role based in Seattle, WA
, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture positions while building sustainable talent pipelines.
This position is a strong fit for an experienced corporate recruiter with a technical and GTM background, capable of juggling multiple searches, running sourcing strategy, and meeting service expectations. The hourly pay range is $40–45
.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture hiring needs.
- Support recruiting efforts across business areas tied to GTM
, Technology
, and Solutions Architecture
. - Leverage multiple sourcing approaches, including Linked In
, HIRE ATS
, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage top talent. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and track external talent pipelines and market trends.
- Build long-term candidate networks and contribute to best practices for job descriptions and messaging
. - Own recruiting programs such as referral drives
, networking events
, and conference engagement to grow the pipeline.
- 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience in a GTM and technical space
. - Experience managing, prioritizing, and fulfilling multiple job searches within set timelines.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and relevant business areas.
- Strong organizational ability and skill in building dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
, with a focus on exceptional candidate experiences. - Ability to set benchmarks
, monitor metrics
, and achieve SLAs effectively.
