The CRM Experience Technologist is a technical-creative role responsible for building the interactive, personalized customer experiences that form the backbone of modern marketing. This position moves beyond traditional email development to encompass a full range of digital touchpoints, translating ambitious creative concepts and complex customer journey maps into seamless, functional, and scalable realities. You will be the technical mind that engineers sophisticated omni-channel campaigns that are not only functional but also drive meaningful engagement and business value.
As a key member of our marketing technology practice, you will collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and data analysts to solution and implement cutting-edge CRM experiences. Your deep expertise in Movable Ink, coupled with a practical understanding of marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform and/or MoEngage, will be critical. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on systems thinking, a passion for creating connected experiences, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment with our Seattle-based teams.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary hands-on-keys resource for the end-to-end development of dynamic campaigns within the Movable Ink platform, from initial concept to final launch.
- Provide technical expertise and insights to our CRM Operations team, creating advanced solutions for efficiency, automation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack.
- Translate creative and data requirements into production-ready Movable Ink campaigns, refining process, defining best practices, solving technical challenges, and preparing teams for final launch.
- Collaborate with strategic and creative partners to translate campaign goals and data requirements into production-ready, scalable technical solutions.
- Define and refine development best practices, solve complex technical challenges, and prepare teams for launch to ensure flawless execution of all campaigns.
- Expert-level proficiency in Movable Ink, a strong understanding of CRM campaign execution
- 3+ years of experience in CRM Technologies, with at least 1 year working specifically with an enterprise Marketing Automation platform integrated with Movable Ink
- Deep experience with highly personalized, dynamic CRM campaigns for enterprise clients
- Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one creative content application such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma
- Demonstrated experience with email testing platforms (Litmus, Email on Acid)
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of four days per week in our Seattle office to foster close collaboration with our integrated teams
- Developer-level certification in Movable Ink, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign
- Experience with additional ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Mo Engage
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation in email
- Agency experience working with enterprise clients
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or related field
Rate: Target $60-70 per hour – 40-hour target work week – Overtime Eligible
