Responsibilities

  • Own company-wide revenue strategy and execution across all channels (enterprise, mid-market, SMB, self-serve, partners).
  • Design and scale GTM motions for AI-driven products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization.
  • Translate company vision and product roadmap into clear revenue plans and forecasts.
  • Drive sustainable ARR growth, pipeline velocity, retention, expansion, and lifetime value.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end GTM strategy: demand generation, sales execution, onboarding, expansion, and renewal.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Lead market entry strategies for new products, verticals, and geographies.
  • Establish clear ICPs, segmentation, positioning, and messaging—especially for complex AI offerings.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and customer insights.
  • Implement modern revenue tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, AI-driven sales tools).
  • Use data to test, learn, and iterate GTM strategies quickly.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing global teams across Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, and Customer Success.
  • Establish performance metrics, incentives, and accountability aligned to growth goals.
  • Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and execution-oriented culture.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with cloud providers, AI platforms, and technology partners where relevant.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue leadership roles (CRO, SVP Sales, VP GTM, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in B2B SaaS, AI, data, or platform-based companies
    .
  • Deep understanding of modern GTM models, including product-led growth (PLG), enterprise sales, and hybrid motions.
  • Strong experience commercializing AI or machine-learning-driven products (ability to sell complex, technical value).
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and revenue operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
