HANA Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

Hybrid (must be local and able to travel as requested)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4

HANA embedded TM and EWM integration. The consultant will support end-to-end TM implementations, integrations, and business process alignment while working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

• Configure and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA embedded Transportation Management (TM) solutions
• Support end-to-end TM project delivery, including planning, execution, and deployment
• Work on freight order management, charge management, freight settlement, and transportation execution
• Support TM–EWM integration for inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Collaborate with business process owners to align SAP TM capabilities with operational requirements
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and leadership
• Support integration with SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN / BN4L), including:
  Freight Collaboration (FC);
  Global Track and Trace (GTT)

• SAP Transportation Management (TM) – 3 to 5+ years
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA (Embedded TM experience required)
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integration experience
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP S/4
  
  HANA TM configuration and implementation

• Transportation planning & execution
• Freight order management
• Charge management & freight settlement

• SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN / BN4L)
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA TM 2020 version
• Inbound logistics process experience

  3–5+ years relevant SAP experience

  Bachelor’s degree in any related field (or equivalent experience)
